14-Hour Continuing Education

There is 3 ways this class is offered. Classroom, Online or Home Study. All courses include the 3-Hour Core Law requirement. The Home Study and Online courses require an open book exam. This course reviews new state and federal laws regarding real estate. 14-Hour Continuing Education course are required to be completed before each 2 year license renewal.

45-Hour Sales Associate Post License Course

FREC rules require that all active and inactive Sales Associate licensees complete a 45-Hour post licensing course prior to their first license renewal date. Licensees who do not complete this requirement will have their licenses null and voided. There is no grace period for this requirement. Course can be completed in classroom, CDROM or online.


60-Hour Broker Post Licensing Course

FREC rules require that all active and inactive Sales Associate licensees complete a 45-Hour post licensing course prior to their first license renewal date. This course is broken into 2 parts. 30-Hours Management, 30-Hours Investment. Licensees who do not complete this requirement will have their licenses null and voided. There is no grace period for this requirement. Course can be completed in classroom, CDROM or online.


63-Hour Real Estate Sales Associate Pre-License Course

The Sales Associate course is the initial pre-licensing course needed in order to obtain your Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License. This course is taught in a classroom setting, by CDROM or Online. Course consists of 63-hours of Florida real estate law, real estate principles and practices, and real estate math. Successful completion of this class fulfills the requirements for license education and qualifies students to take the Florida state Sales Associate's exam.


72-Hour Real Estate Broker's Pre-License Course

The Brokers course is offered to indivuals who have held an active license in Florida or any other non-reciprocal state for a period of at least 12 months in the last 5 years. This course is taught in a classroom setting, by CDROM or Online. Course consists of Florida real estate law, real estate principles and practices, real estate and investment math, developing and opening a new brokerage office. Successful completion of this class fulfills the requirements for license education and qualifies the student to take the Florida state Broker's exam.


Exam Review Course for Sales Associate and Broker Pre-Licensure Course

This course is included in the Sales Associate and Broker course offered by the School of Advanced Realty. It is designed to be an extensive review of the course materials, practice exams and enhances your ability to pass the State exam on your first try. The course will also include a special section on real estate math.
